For this gastropub-style eatery at Long Beach Airport in Los Angeles, we developed a distinctive Art Deco–inspired identity system that celebrates Southern California's golden age of aviation. Drawing inspiration from the expressive lettering and vintage aesthetic of legendary graphic designer Michael Doret, the visual language combines bold typography, refined geometric forms, and period-inspired details to evoke the glamour, elegance, and optimism of 1930s air travel.

The result is a timeless brand identity that honors Long Beach Airport's rich history while delivering a memorable, contemporary dining experience. Balancing nostalgia with modern sophistication, the identity creates a strong sense of place that resonates with both travelers and the local community.
